Nintendo has officially announced that three classic titles will be joining the Nintendo Entertainment System – Nintendo Switch Online library on May 15th with Clu Clu Land, Vs. Excite Bike, and Donkey Kong Jr.! You can see the trailer for these new titles below, along with short gameplay clips for each.
Both Clu Clu Land and Donkey Kong Jr. are exciting additions, but the real noteworthy addition is VS. Excitebike, which was previously only released in Japan on the Famicom Disc System. This upgraded release featured similar graphics and gameplay to the core Excitebike experience but, as the title implies, added a head to head versus mode, a brand new soundtrack, and a track editor which allowed players to hit the track on their own custom courses.
Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can look forward to adding these titles to their collection of digital NES games on May 15th.
